Compack is a NSW Health funded initiative to provide a range of support services for up to 6 weeks for those who have been discharged from hospital.
Its aim is to get people home sooner and to allow them to recover at home where they are more comfortable. Thus regaining their independence sooner.
Accuro Hom Care provides Compack services on behalf NSW Health for many clients. The services can be domestic support, personal care or even transport.
