Our Direct Support Workers attended a 3 hour workshop in the office on Customer Service Skills. Helen, from Essential Skills Training and Recruitment, delivered the workshop in a fun and informative way making it enjoyable and worthwhile for all. Our Direct Support Workers where able to learn to better understand how to communicate with their clients in a more effective and positive way.
Our team live and work on the lands of the Darkinjung, Biripi and Awabakal people and we acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of this land. We pay our respects to the Elders, past, present, and future, and recognise their continuing connection and contribution to this land.
