R U OK? day is on Thursday 10th of September. It is a national day of action to remind everybody that any day is a good day to ask someone you know "Are you OK?"
In support of this day we will be sharing some tips and resources that may help you if you need it or help you help someone else.
This playlist is a series of 12 speakers from the TED website sharing their own stories about struggling with mental health issues such as depression, schizophrenia, PTSD and suicidal feelings. They provide a very personal insight into what many people may be experiencing and may help those who are suffering feel a little less lonely or help those with suffering loved ones understand them a bit better.
