Work Assist is a free service to employers with staff who have difficulty performing their role due to an injury, disability or health condition. Castle Personnel, under this program, will provide experienced Employment Support Managers who will develop strategies and provide advice and assistance for at least 6 months to help improve a persons ability to perform their duties.
